Welcome to LeadCat.io! By engaging in our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms outline your rights and responsibilities and ensure a clear and successful partnership.

Services Provided

We offer a range of lead generation and digital marketing services tailored to the unique needs of recruitment agencies. Our services may include:

  • LeadFlow Client Acquisition System: Fully managed cold email outreach focused on generating qualified leads.
  • Fully Managed Recruitment Email Infrastructure: Comprehensive email setup, deliverability monitoring, and management.
  • LinkedIn Authority Builder: LinkedIn profile optimization to establish a strong personal and business presence.
  • Social Media Content Creation & Management: Strategic content creation, scheduling, and posting across multiple channels to boost audience engagement.
  • Website Design & Optimization: Professional web design and SEO optimization tailored to enhance your brand’s online presence.
  • SEO Strategy & Management: Data-driven SEO services to increase search visibility and improve rankings.
  • Paid Ads Manage

Each service is customized according to the specific package selected and its detailed inclusions.

Subscription and Automatic Billing

By providing your payment details and submitting your first payment, you agree to a recurring monthly subscription for the selected LeadCat service(s). Your subscription will automatically renew each month until canceled. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and LeadCat is not responsible for third-party processing errors or delays. Please refer to Stripe’s terms for further details on their security measures.

Service Fees and Payment Structure

Our billing structure varies based on the services you select. The billing frequency and structure for each service are as follows:

  • LeadFlow Client Acquisition System: Billed monthly at the agreed-upon price per qualified lead. Payment is due each month based on the number of leads generated and delivered.
  • Fully Managed Recruitment Email Infrastructure: Billed monthly at the agreed-upon subscription price, covering email infrastructure setup, management, and ongoing deliverability optimization.
  • LinkedIn Authority Builder: Billed monthly at the agreed-upon subscription price, including LinkedIn profile development and ongoing updates as specified in your package.
  • Social Media Content Creation & Management: Billed monthly at the agreed-upon subscription price, which includes niche-specific content creation, scheduling, and posting on multiple social media platforms.
  • Website Design & Optimization: Billed once upon completion at the agreed-upon project price. A payment schedule, if applicable, will be discussed prior to the project’s start.
  • SEO Strategy & Management: Billed monthly at the agreed-upon price, covering comprehensive SEO strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization.
  • Paid Ads Management: Billed monthly at the agreed-upon price, including ad campaign strategy, creation, management, and optimization across selected platforms.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Stripe account or contacting support at support@leadcat.io. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. To avoid renewal charges, please ensure cancellations are submitted at least 3 days before the renewal date.

Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable. Any services rendered during the current billing period are considered fulfilled, and no refunds will be issued for partial months, setup fees, or unused services if a client chooses to cancel mid-month.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective service delivery, you agree to:

  • Provide Accurate Information: Submit accurate details for prospect targeting, personal profiles, and branding to ensure the best outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Be available for consulting calls and provide timely feedback when needed.
  • Adherence to Platform Guidelines: Comply with email and social media guidelines for ethical outreach to ensure long-term success & avoid penalties.

Confidentiality and Data Security

Your information, including client and prospect data, is handled with strict confidentiality. We employ security measures to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, LeadCat.io is not liable for any data breaches caused by third-party platforms or external factors outside our control.

Intellectual Property

LeadCat retains ownership of all original content created as part of your services, including email copy, graphics, and templates, until full payment for the service is received. Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this content for the agreed-upon purposes. Any unauthorized distribution or misuse of our content is prohibited.

Scope of Service and Payment Authorization

By submitting payment, you authorize LeadCat to charge your payment method monthly for the services outlined in your selected package. LeadCat agrees to provide these services as outlined on our website or discussed in your initial consultation.

Changes to Pricing and Terms

LeadCat reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing and/or service terms. Clients will receive at least 30 days’ notice before any pricing changes take effect, during which you may choose to accept the new terms or cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

Limitations and Disclaimers

While we strive to provide effective and measurable results, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control, such as platform algorithms, client feedback timing, and audience behaviors. Disclaimer: LeadCat does not take responsibility for any damages, financial or otherwise, arising from service delays, errors, or platform-related restrictions.

Acknowledgment of Terms

By submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to LeadCat’s Terms of Service. For your convenience, the Terms of Service are available leadcat.io/legal for review.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation first. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will be settled in accordance with the governing jurisdiction’s laws applicable to this agreement.
